Kecak dance and fire dance

Kecak dance is a dramatization of Ramayana epic which Sita was kidnapped by Ravana and rescued by Rama with the help of Hanuman. It is played with dozens of men stand/sit in rows of circle while raising their arms and shouted word “cak”. This dance is taken from the “sanghyang dance” where the dancers are in a trance condition while communicating with their ancestors.
